The Primo Patrons Testing Group is a usability testing initiative by SLSP that empowers real users to shape the future of swisscovery. Through this project, we continuously invite patrons to test new features and improvements, ensuring that swisscovery continues to evolve in a way that best serves its users.
To provide an intuitive and efficient research experience, we must collect direct input from those who use the platform every day. While technical expertise can tell us how a system is designed to work, only real patrons can reveal how it actually works in practice.
By conducting UX tests with real patrons, we bridge the gap between technical development and actual user needs, making swisscovery more intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring that swisscovery evolves in a way that truly benefits its users.
