SLSP AG welcomes five new shareholder institutions and consolidates its status as
an indispensable player in the Swiss scientific community

SLSP AG is delighted to announce the addition of five new shareholder institutions. Following the resolution of the Annual General Meeting in June and the subsequent approval of the capital increase at the end of August, the following institutions have joined the shareholder base:

  • Etat de Vaud, represented by the Department of Culture, Infrastructure and Human Resources
  • Eawag, represented by Lib4RI
  • University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons
  • University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland
  • University of Neuchâtel

With these new additions, the shareholder base of SLSP AG has grown to a total of 20 institutions. This growth underscores the solid foothold of the SLSP within the Swiss scientific community. The new partner institutions provide valuable perspectives and expertise that will further strengthen the SLSP’s mission of providing excellent services for academic research and teaching.

‘The inclusion of these five new shareholder institutions is a significant milestone for SLSP AG. It demonstrates the trust that the scientific community places in us and reinforces our status as a key player in the Swiss scientific community,’ says Andreas Kirstein, CEO of SLSP AG.

With its expanded shareholder base, SLSP AG is even better positioned to develop innovative solutions and sustainably support the needs of the academic and scientific sector in Switzerland.
